undercover tables and chairs, and an outdoor fitness section. Whilst this is awesome on its own, if you continue up the stairs and along the winding path, you’ll find different playground stations including swings and seesaws. Halfway up is an incredible slide amongst the gum trees. While it might be a mission to climb through the obstacle course to reach the sky-high slide, the trip back down fills all thrill seeker needs! There is also an option for smaller daredevils available. Wander to the top of the hill and find the pooch park with an off-leash area for both small and large dogs. Socialise your furry friend while you sit on the undercover seats overlooking beautiful bushland. Tucker Park is the perfect place for a family picnic so make sure to pack some lunch and enjoy the serenity. Location-dot Find Tucker Park at Ardie Court, Bellbird Park.
Denmark Hill Conservation Reserve – Stop driving past and discover this hidden gem! Located near the Ipswich Hospital, Denmark Hill Conservation Reserve has so much to offer including a selection of bushwalking trails, all of which are dog friendly. While walking around keep your eyes open for local wildlife, including the 54 species of birds found at the reserve, and experience the serenity, even though you are right in the middle of Ipswich Central. Take the entire clan, fire up the barbeque and relax while watching the kids burn energy on the playground! Location-dot Find Denmark Hill Conservation Reserve at 20 Chelmsford Avenue, Ipswich. Bumble Bee Park – Located in the Ripley Valley estate, Bumble Bee Park is one of the coolest playgrounds around. Here you will find a large climbing dome, slides, swings, bouncers, puzzles and tunnels, all of which are bee themed! This park is also dog friendly so long as they remain on leash. There is a fountain for both two and four-legged creatures and some covered tables. Pack snacks for the kids, I can guarantee they will be hungry after their play. Location-dot Find Bumble Bee Park at Sable Street, Ripley.
