Ipswich Girls' Grammar School Sport : Indoor Sports, Tennis, Touch, Athletics, Swimming Ipswich Girls’ Grammar School offers a dynamic and versatile sporting and accommodation hub, ideal for training camps, competitions, and team retreats. The campus features a multi-court gymnasium with international-standard ceiling height, a mezzanine viewing level, and two indoor basketball courts that convert into four volleyball or badminton courts. The integrated Fitness Centre and Human Movement Laboratory support strength and conditioning and include a dedicated spin room – all designed to help athletes uncover their full potential. Outdoor amenities include a 25m, five-lane heated pool with modern changerooms, two tennis courts, an outdoor volleyball court, and grass ovals suitable for a range of field sports and team activities. The campus also offers flexible function spaces and an on-site theatre suitable for team meetings. With a boarding house that accommodates up to 120 guests during school holidays and a commercial kitchen capable of providing meal service, Ipswich Girls’ Grammar School is already a trusted host for sporting teams. Off the field, teams benefit from on-site boarding, with a new 150 person boarding house being built in 2026, a dining hall, auditorium, and lecture theatre for meetings and recovery sessions available during school holidays.
