Ipswich Civic Centre From popular artists to classic rock acts the Ipswich Civic Centre has a year-round program of entertainment for all tastes. This venue has seen many great shows grace it’s stage from Aussie act Busby Marou to comedians like Jimeoin! Club Services Ipswich Known locally as CSI, Club Services Ipswich offers relaxed dining and entertainment on weekends. Look out for themed nights including music from the 70s, 80s and 90s, as well as touring acts. The venue is open until 4am and the club’s restaurant the Longhorn Bar and Grill is famous for its crumbed camembert, chicken parmis, chargrilled steaks and pizza.

Studio 188 Inside a heritage listed Art-Deco Baptist Church, Studio 188 delivers an intimate setting for emerging artists and main stream acts. While you can’t order dinner from the venue, it’s only a few steps away from restaurants including Fourthchild, Heisenberg Haus and Mikes Pizzeria.

Ipswich Little Theatre Set inside a converted heritage listed

incinerator by the mastermind planner and architect Walter Burley Griffin, The Ipswich Little Theatre (ILT) has been entertaining audiences since 1946. This intimate and unique venue has a covered courtyard with bar facilities, so you can enjoy a pre-show drink. There’s also wheel chair access and plenty of parking set among the Queens Park gardens. ILT offers professional and modern performances at reasonable prices. Make a night of it and head out to dinner before the show at nearby restaurants like Tomato Brothers, The Cottage, Dovetails or Bakehouse Steakhouse. Brothers Leagues Club Live entertainment is a huge part of the offering at Brothers Leagues Club. The free entertainment sees some of the most talented artists from South East Queensland performing every Friday and Saturday night and you can enjoy morning melodies on Thursday mornings. The venue is open until 2am every night and is a great place for locals to meet up and enjoy a night out with delicious cocktails, their Noble Sun is a local favourite. They are also serving up scrumptious meals in Shamrocks restaurant, you’ll have to keep coming back to try them all.
