Lemon Meringue Pie? Jacaranda Bloom? Beez Kneez? If these sound like amazing food dishes, think again, they are delicious cocktails that can be found at venues right here in Ipswich… 1

1 – Famous for its steak and endless fries, Bakehouse Steakhouse is in an iconic building which started as Halley’s Bakery in 1874. Inside you’ll find a contemporary space and an extensive cocktail menu. You can find classics as well as bespoke cocktails like the Bakehouse Spritz, Turkish Delight and Salted Caramel Espresso Martini. 2 – For live music performances and art exhibitions, you can’t go past Banshees Bar & Artspace . Why not enjoy karaoke or open mic night with a refreshing cocktail in hand, like the Platypus Punch? 3 – Cocktail of the month at Brothers Leagues Club is where it’s at! Some of the more recent have been Bliss on the Beach, Noble Sun and Australian Tropical Thunder. 4 – The renovated Jets Leagues Club bar has a new cocktail menu including Espresso Martini made with real coffee, Passionfruit Margarita and colourful drinks such as Grasshopper and Fruit Tingle! 5 – Memories of India , located in a beautiful heritage building which was once the old corner pub, has a wide range of cocktails including Strawberry Daiquiri, Passionfruit Mojito and Lemon Margarita.

6 – The Prince Alfred (PA) Hotel is home to the biggest craft beer bar in the Southern Hemisphere and two restaurants. They have plenty of cocktails to choose from too! Try the Fluffy Unicorn, Love Potion, Mint Mocha Martini or FizzyPop. 7 – It’s not just beer that’s great at Pumpyard Bar and Brewery , why not try an Espresso Martini or a cocktail jug? Their delicious menu goes perfectly with a cocktail. 8 – The Sugarmill Restaurant , located in Woodlands of Marburg’s historical mansion has cocktails perfect for a relaxing evening with friends – enjoy the Sugarmill Old Fashioned, a Gatsby Blue Daiquiri or Mary’s Mojito! 9 – The Cottage is a fine dining restaurant set inside a charming heritage Queenslander. With delicious food and cocktails such as Lemon Meringue Pie and Southside made with Ink Gin, it’s no wonder they have won the Australian Good Food Guide’s Readers’ Choice Award for the past six years running! 10 – Le Bond. 007. Lychee Lara. Marlon Brando. These are just a few of the delicious cocktails available at The Rusty Nail , including a namesake whisky-based cocktail. The Rusty Nail also has delicious tapas and share plates.
