Special meals/dietary requirements We’re more than happy to accommodate any special meal or dietary requirements for your guests. Just let your co-ordinator know and we’ll be sure to organise everything. Chef’s table Menu tasting is available upon booking confirmation. Please note that numbers are limited. Decorating/theming All weddings are set with your choice of sleek and sophisticated black or white linen tablecloths, seat covers and napkins. Coloured seat sashes and table runners are also available at no additional cost. Children’s meals Just let your co-ordinator know if you’d like any children’s meals organised. Children under 3 years old are free. Parking There is a limited amount of free parking on site, subject to availability. Metered on-street parking is available on Limestone Street, Nicholas Street, South Street and

surrounding areas. Public transport

For people wanting to use public transport to access the Civic Centre, the Ipswich train station is just a block away, and multiple bus services are available within the CBD.
