From its modest beginnings in 1921, Air Force has grown into a potent, world class Air Force which Australia relies upon in both conflict and peace and 2021 will mark 100 years of service to Australia. RAAF Base Amberley has provided more than 80 years of service to the Ipswich community and proudly supports ‘Planes, Trains and Autos’ with a number of Air Force and Army ground and vehicle displays.
