The Riverview Recycling and Refuse Centre can accept a restricted quantity of household and lead acid batteries. ALDI supermarkets, Battery World, Bunnings Warehouse and B-cycle have recycled batteries programs – visit Ipswich.qld.gov. au/batteries for details. Please remember – batteries do not go in the wheelie bin, batteries disposed of incorrectly are at risk of catching fire. BATTERIES DO NOT GO IN THE WHEELIE BIN
