SYLVIA YOGA INSTRUCTOR
How long have you been teaching? “I started teaching 2012 and I’ve been teaching yoga, mindfulness and meditation in the local area ever since.” What do you love most about being a yoga instructor? “I love being able to help people feel better. Dru Yoga is a very therapeutic style of yoga, and no matter how much Yoga you’ve done before or what ability level you’re at, Dru Yoga supports people to feel better in body, mind,
heart and spirit. It’s known as the Yoga of the Heart.”
When you’re not instructing/getting active, what else do you like to do? “I love learning and being creative whenever I’m not practising teaching yoga. Right at this moment I’m into reducing material waste, by up cycling unwanted material into rags. I’m also passionate about the environment and love my plants too.”
